One thing I forgot to mention, you need not convert the xp partition to
NTFS, you can use fat 32 AS LONG as you use xosl to HIDE the win xp Fat 32
partition when you boot WIN ME. Some say that NTFS is slower than fat 32,
and since you have a slow system fat 32 might be better.
