>Booting from Win 95 osr 2 floppy downloaded from freepctech.  Goes
through the usual chain of format questions after using "/s" switch, and
then comes back with the "insufficient memory" response when it tries to
format.

  Use NT 3.5's delpart.exe to kill the partition, reboot and fdisk and
format.
