I have problem concerning my Internet connection..

When I try to shut down my connection, there are many times, that the
connection will not close.

I try to 'disconnect' (right clicking on the two flashing green lights in
my system tray) and the connection does not close...

Anyone know why?

I have to re-boot in order to close the connection......
