there is one way to do this
it either works or doesn't
find urself an old isa video card and plug it in with just ur diskdrive
u will be able to boot and re flash ur bios

(If all else fails, u can either remove the rom and flash it with an eeprom
programmer or just simply buy a new board
(its easier to buy a new board
