My sister has begun getting the following message on her computer and having to reboot as a result.  It is happening often.  Can you tell me about it?  It is "shrinker.err".  They are novices and only have the basic, normal stuff on their computer so don't know why they started getting this message all of a sudden.  It is a new one to me.

I will appreciate any help or explanation you can give me.
