What kind of fat? How much?
8 oz. protein--a real 8 oz. of the pure stuff (7gms per 8oz = 56 gms pro)
and *not* just an 8 oz. slab of something? (I'm thinking in terms of
Cordain's list of the % of fat to protein in different meats. And is 56 gms
sufficient for your size & activity ala Eades? Or your Rosedale?
How low are those carbs? And from what typical sources?
