My understanding, which is what I was told by a retailer of Now products,
is that they chemically extract the Omega 3 components from the unfavorably
balanced farmed fish oil in order to acheive the ratios found in wild fish.
This strikes me as incredibly stupid and backwards, which is why I buy
Carlson's.
