Hi Michael,

<<I got the idea of drinking the water from reading "Your Body's Many Cries

Water" by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. Has anyone read this book? Does anyone have
any experience with drinking large quantities of water?>>

I've read the book. My experiences with this have been all positive.
Many people recover from many things by hydrating themselves.

I drink approximately a gallon an three-quarters of water daily. About
once a week I tend to drink little to no water. By night time I really feel
the lack of it. I become more tired, spaced out, and slightly
crabby/depressed.
