A few days ago someone asks, how intact proteins can be resorbed,
leading to allergic reactions in the bloodstream.
This incident is named "persorption". Volkheimer (see Pubmed) fed Dogs with
many things dogs donīt want to eat like sawdust and raw starch and so on.
30 minutes later he found them in the bloodstream.
Itīs not right, that all proteins are broken down into single aminoacids
for resorption.
He also assumes that raw starch can lead to small embolism in the cns, leading
to inflamed plaques. Perhaps another mechanism for illness of the cns.
