Does anyone have concerns about whether dishwashers remove gluten
adequately? Does hand washing of knives and other utensils remove gluten
sufficiently? My daughter has continued to have stomache aches for the
past few months, without any other symptoms and I don't know if they are
a result of low levels of gluten or not. She has had periods where she
seems to be totally symptom free but lately we have been unable to this
level of control.
