Are you still recieving intensive therapy along with the shots?  The effects
do tend to wear off and so therapy needs to be instituted to strengthen  the
muscles to achieve muscle balance.

it's maybe time for another shot. I tried botox and liked it.  But I didn't
like the shots! Botox is not a cure. Asdis.
