HI, Try the correct spelling of that German company's name,

Siemens

and you might find something.  Their German language sight, possibly with
English pages under a link labeled /english/

can be probably found at:
http://www.siemens.de/

An American sight, if they have one, might be something like:

http://www.siemens.com/

or maybe:

http://www.siemensusa.com/

Do a Google search, and you're bound to come up with something.  Siemens is
a huge company, involved in everything from commercial and consumer
electronics, to huge power stations, nuclear energy, steel, shipbuilding,
heavy construction, computers, and all sorts of other things, so a narrower
search would definitely be in order.
