Andrew Hodgsen has an excellent introduction on Pegasus Mail in the June
20, 2001 Main Menu program of ACB Radio.  Just visit
http://www.acbradio.org, select on demand section,then go to main menu.

check it out.  there is an e-mail link to Andrew to ask him questions and
identify resources, such as the issues you raised.
