Do you have the manual that came with the Belkin? If so, it should have instructions for setting up file and printer sharing (does the Belkin have a printer port on it?). Depending on the OS's of the two computers, you have to change a number of settings on each computer. You also need to enable file and printer sharing on each machine. Take a look at your manual or else check Belkin's web site for a downloadable manual.
