I am not necessarily advising you of doing this but I do believe it is
possible to run that celeron processor with a fsb speed of 100 MHz. It of
course would void any warranty and could very easily burn up the chip. That
being said I have read articles online of people running celeron processors
30 - 50% faster that norm. (with extra cooling of course). A good place to
start would be: www.overclockers.com they have some easy to use tips and
experiences with overclocking. I know that this is not what you asked for but
it might be worth a try if you are going to buy a new one anyway and you do
burn up your current one.
