Both computers have gone blank, I am new to the computer world. I can
get into the bios Setups it seems that the computers both have had the
operating systems erased, what do I need to reload them and how do I do
it?

  Try booting with a Windows 98 boot floppy and then install Windows.
Lots of self-help tutorials on the Net...some at my place.
