I had three yellow exclamation points in device manager but don't think they had to do with modem.
Checked the drivers folder on the installation disk and found nothing that helped me.
I went to the web site of the manufacturer got nowhere.

I don't thing I am going to find a driver to work with ME.
There is a lot I don't understand about drivers so this may not make sense, but I find that the inf files that have to do with Rockwell modems in WIN ME and WIN98 are not the same.
Being that the modem and sound work in W98 and not in ME could it be as simple as adding/or replacing?
