If the Bios does not support this hard disk drive you might want to
purchase a Promise IDE (pci) card.  They sell for $30-$40.  I buy them
for the performance alone.  I was copying a 700Meg file from one folder
to another on the same drive and it was taking over 5 minutes and now
the copy takes less than 2 minutes using the IDE controller card.
