The hard drive docking device that installed was the way to go to find a use for the small spare hard drives that I had sitting around. I have W98 & WME with Linux, each on separate HDs,using the docking method. I'm using the ViPower MobileRack! kit. I picked my kit up locally at a PC chain. But I've seen them at TigerDirect.com. You can lock the HDs in with a key. The kits come with or with out locking. About a year ago I didn't have the option. I was nailed by a virus a wile back witch caused some problems to say the least. It didn't slow me down though because of the docking kits I slipped in another drive wile repairing the effected HD. I swap my drives between two PCs with similar mainboards.
