Ribbon Cable to Game/joystick socket number
(I used the numbers molded on the face of the socket.)
1 (red stripe) 9
2 1
3 10
4 2
5 11
6 3
7 12
8 4
9 13
10 5
11 14
12 6
13 15
14 7
15 cut off
16 8
Audio circuits:
Line-in, 17= tip, 18=grnd, 19=small sleeve
Mic, 20= tip, 21=grnd, 22=small sleeve
23=cutoff
Line-out, 24= tip, 25=grnd, 26=small sleeve
Having said all that... This board has been a problem with
the on-board sound since I bought it... I got a cheap
"classic" Soundblaster Sound card on EBay (less that $15)
and have been using that instead. Be sure to change the
BIOS settings if you "go that route"... Rick Glazier
