Dear Jennifer,

Just a note from another Jennifer to say that I think of you often. Though I
have never been pregnant myself, I know how miserable it can be because I
watched my identical twin (without CP), go through pregnancy. I DON'T KNOW
WHAT ADVICE TO GIVE, BUT KNOW YOU ARE DOING YOUR BEST FOR YOURSELF AND
GABRIELLA ROSE. I am glad you are doing physical therapy, and hope it helps.
Try and get in the pool or a hot tub, with help if you need it, or ask the
PT to recommend a water therapist. You will be able to walk in water,
something you are craving, I bet. Take lots of hot showers. I have pain,
too, as you know, and would try putting some heat or ice r hip area/ back.
Try massage/cranosacral therapy-- you get to lie there/relax, and often get
help with pain. Craniosacral therapy was the only thing to help with my
migranes. How I wish I could still afford it. You are so brave, and paving
the way for me, who wants to give my nephew a cousin someday...
Stay well... God bless. I will continue to pray for you. You are so brave.
Love,
Jenn
