Ok, i see a lot about cross contamination.

Do i really need a whole new set of pots? What about my baking stone?
It made a lot of pizzas, is it trash (please say no, it was expensive)

Is there a way to clean these things to remove the itty bitty wheat
particles from previous pastas and pizzas, and cookies? i can't use soap
on the pizza stone...it absorbs it, same as any other cleaner.
