I've been on medication for a few months now (Zanex I think its called) and
its reduced the panic attacks and light headedness. Though its a drug that
can cause dependancy so I'm not exactly wrapped about it. Is it possible
that an attack from wheat intollerance can leave you permanently
lightheaded and prone to serious panic attacks?

Andrew
