I've had problems with yeast for most of my life. I finally found out that
this is probably due to gluten intolerance and have been gluten free for
over two years. For some reason I am still suffering from a terrible yeast
problem. I was just wondering if it is still recommended to stay on a
strict diet and for how long!
I found out that I also have problems with annatto and suspect this is what
has caused my current problems. It seems to be worse than a gluten
reaction for me! This list is such a miracle. I wouldn't have a clue how
to survive without y'all!
I promise to summarzie but it may take me awhile.
