Hello All -
I thought I had some of this information somewhere - but I can't find it.
If anyone knows the shelf life for the various flours (brown & white rice,
tapioca, potato, amanranth, corn, corn grits/polenta, quinoa, etc.) I would
appreciate finding out. I'm also curious about the shelf life of xantham gum
as well as proper storage. I'm sure I'm missing some ingredient we have in
the pantry.... oh well.
Secondly, do you think everything (if not, what?) will tolerate a 8 day
cross-country Penske ride?
