As soon as I started taking Solgar Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc combo, I noticed
that I did not have as many muscle cramps, aching arms and legs, and less
difficulty focusing. I also have a partial loss of vision in one eye, so
acuity is very important to me.
A physician I once had who didn't know how to treat me but occassionally
came up with a bright idea, suggested I take magnesium to help the
fibromyalgia in my legs. magnesium is supposed to repair/rebuild the nerve
sheathes and it also suggested that I take it in combination with Calcium
because that helps it be absorbed better. I don't know what the zinc does
probably the same.
I just started dancing again and have noticed the tendency to cramp as well
as the awful aching in my muscles afterwards. I shall try the magnesium
again.
Thank you very much Gary. <smile>
