I am running Win2K with this set-up. The only way I can get the SC soundcard to function properly is to disable the highpoint controller. 

This is unacceptable to me.  Has anyone run into this before? Is there a work around/fix? 

I have bought and returned an SB live! 5.1 and a Santa Cruz (niether worked without problems). This is my second SC. I am two days away from returning it and trying a Phillips or? Anyone?
