Error Message at start up:

"CMOS check sum error-defaults loaded"

Does anyone know how to correct this?
I'm dumb so be gentle.
It's a new FIC AD11 board with 256mb DDR memory
and a 1333 amd processor.
I don't want to run defaults and I need to disable
the bios anti virus protect but I can't because
of the check sum error makes it go back to default.
Jeff
