hello listers, please excuse the cross posting and reposting but really need
more response to this item.

As many people in the u.k will know the sight village exibition of equipment
and services for the visually impaired will bee taking place in mid july,
and as there seems to bee a great lack of accessible hamradio/cb test
equipment such as s.w.r and power meters with a speech output that visually
impaired people can use I think it would bee a very good idea for anyone who
would bee interested in such equipment to put there name to a list or
patition that I would like to present to companies such as Cobolt systems
that manufacture and adapt products for the visually impaired.
cobolt products should bee available in most countries vier outlets in those
countries, so even if you are not in the u.k please take part, as if these
products get made it is very probable that who ever manufactures them will
export to your country. I am hoping to have at least 30 names before sight
village and at the moment only have 9.

if you want to take part below are the details that I would like you to
include.
full name,
town/city,
county/state/province,
and country.

if you wish to provide full contact details this will help to keep you
updated if and when there is any news on progress.
you can send your details vier e-mail to,
[log in to unmask]
or phone 020 8478 5841 from with in the u.k.
if you want to submit your entry by phone and are outside the u.k first use
your international dialing code, then 44 for the u.k then 20 8478 5841.

remember, the more people who respond the more chance of hopefully getting
something on the market so please respond if interested and forward this to
anyone you think would also bee interested.

hope to hear from you soon, and thanks to the 9 people who have already
responded.
