REMINDER!!!!

Recently, we notified you of the passing of a Nigerian, Patrick Osuocha.

Please join us in our fund-raising efforts for Tina Osuocha and her sons
Ronald, Brendan, and daughter Stephanie for the passing of the husband,
father and our brethren Patrick.

Patrick's death took place on May 23, 2001 in Madison.

The funds collected by this venture will be used to offset part of the
funeral expenses that has suddenly befallen this family.

In celebration of Patrick's life on earth, we invite you all to a
gathering and seek your generous contributions.  The particulars are as
such:

Date:                   Saturday, June 16, 2001
Location:       The Neighborhood House, 29 S. Mills Street, Madison
Time:                   7:00 pm (Dinner will be served at 7:30 pm)
Music:          DJ Lasisi
Donation:     $10.00 minimum required at the gate.  Additional requests for
contributions towards Patrick Osuocha's Memorial fund account will be
announced during the fund-raising event.

We appreciate your kind gesture and look forward to seeing you!
