Please publicize the following opening and application process:
Part-time $13 per hour project position with some benefits
Job duties: Research financial resources, meet with proposective
donors, write letters of inquiry and grant proposals, and develop fund
generating projects for four prison awareness and prison reform
organizations.
Qualifications: Good writing and listening; experience with
researching grant sources, preparing and submitting grant requests;
and dedication to the public interest. Computer literacy required.
Ability to work with diverse populations required.
Additional experience desirable: Marketing, Web-page maintenance,
data base management, prison reform and/or social justice work.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
