A special AFEST 2000 Newsletter  of "The African Talking Drum" will debut in
June, 2000.  Articles, Poems, anecdotes and other interesting
matters/suggestions relating to past or every day experiences in the African
Community are welcome.   The deadline for all submissions is Monday, June 5,
2000 before 12 a.m.   Articles will be published on their merit.  AFEST
Planning and Implementation Committee reserves the right to publish all
contributions.
