My first suggestion is to check out the following site:

You will have quite a bit of reading to do if you've never done this
before, but here are the basic steps.
1. Activate Microsoft Windows Networking.
2. Activate File and Print Sharing
3. Bind a protocol (preferably _not_ TCP/IP, for security purposes) to
MS Windows Networking.
4. Define a Browse Master.
5. Define share points.
But first, start by reading up on the topics in that FAQ. I've found
it clear-cut and easy to follow. If you have specific questions, come
on back to the list! ;-)
