Michael,
If you can hit Broadway jumping off the Ex-Met Life building, either you've
got wings (in which case you should fly rather than jump) or there's a hell
of a wind.
On the other hand, if you're referring to Broadway in the generic sense to
mean a street with many theaters, go for 43rd Street. Just let me know in
advance, and I'll wear the heavy duty straw boater.
