Can anyone tell me if Mashes Ham is GF? I haven't been able to find a
number to call myself.   If not, what brand do you recommend?
Also, I am in search of a GF dry pudding mix.  I called about Royal,
which is no longer owned by Nabisco but Jelsert and they on their
recording actually state that it may contain gluten.  I also called
Kraft on their Jell-O brand -- no gluten identified but cannot guarentee
the status of items (flavorings) that they get from outside vendors.
So, can anyone recommend a store brand (Giant, Safeway, etc) that is
GF?  I am in MD.  Thank you.
