I've been doing GF since Oct, and have eaten out exactly once since then, my
parents took us to Steak and Shake, I had a salad and a milkshake and
expected at least one of them would have gluten in them, but I was a newbie
at it and figured I'd just put up with it. I had a headache on the way home
and slept for a couple of hours afterward, but was none the worse for wear
after that.

This time, I'm taking a very expensive class for 4 days in Atlanta, and
can't afford to be headachy, sleepy, or running to the bathroom. I am
scared to death of Atlanta traffic, and I know my classmates will disport
themselves to various resturants for lunch and supper. I plan to take as
much food as possible, but would also like to eat a nice normal lunch or
two. We will be at the Hilton Garden, Atlanta Perimeter, on Lake Hearn
Drive on the NE side of Atlanta, and I know no one will be going very far to
eat. Can you tell me any safe place to eat near there?

Except for a brief trip into Buford Hwy to stock up on more flour, I
don't plan to do any driving in or even near Atlanta if I can help it.
Usually when we go to Atlanta we see friends who are used to the driving,
and they show us the town. The new narrow lanes are sooooo dangerous!!!
Thanks ya'll! Donna H
