I appreciate all of the responses to my question about food additives. I
think some people are confused when I say allergies. I don't mean allergies
like breathing problems. What I mean to say is that it's almost like a
gluten reaction. Basically all the symptoms I had before my diagnosis have
returned for no apparent reason no matter what I eat. So far the
overwhelming response is to eat foods that are not processed.
