I have used homeopathy for thirty years under the direction of a
md/homeopath.  He has recommended the following:

sneezy, runny nose and watery eyes.....Allium Cepa 30c

yellow discharge from nose....Pullsatilla 30C

Dosage...2 pills every 2 hrs or as needed.

In addition, Boiron and B&T have excellent combos for Hay Fever.
All are available from health food stores the first two are around five
dollars a vial.

As a speech teacher, I always urge my students to use a saline nasal
spray to clear out the sinuses and prevent the pollen from irritating
the sinuses and cause mucous to drip down the throat and into the lungs.
You can do this every fifteen min for the first hour or so to break up
the irritants in the hasal passage.
