Hi,

of the 30 some responses I received, most feel that gluten sensitivity
are at the trigger of other auto immune diseases e.g. Lupus.

One response quoted a medline search he did which said that 23% of 104
Lupus patients had anti-gliadin antibodies.

Several referred me to Dr. Fine's web site what he says about the
connection between Lupus and CD.

All feel that Lupus patients would profit greatly from a gluten free
diet.

Thank you so very much for all your help, I will give all responses to
this man and his family. I will keep you posted if he considers gf diet
and how he will be doing.
