I have decided to make my own vanilla flavoring. I found a place on the
web that said rum is made from sugar cane not from any grains so I
thought I would use white rum as a base for the flavoring. Does anyone
know if all rums come from sugar cane (sorry I am not a connoisseur of
these beverages) or if some are made from glutinous grains?
