I suggest eating ONLY the nut butters.

Here is the letter from Kettle Foods:

Hi Joanna and thanks for contacting us. Here is a list of our products
and their Wheat Free/Gluten Free Status:

All Kettle Roaster Fresh Nut Butters are 100% Gluten Free and Wheat
Free.

They are produced entirely from ingredients that do not contain any
wheat or gluten. This includes our Almond Butter, Cashew Butter,
Hazelnut Butter, Sunflower Butter, Sesame Butter and OG Peanut Butter.

Kettle Tortilla Chips are Wheat Free but are not Gluten Free. We make
seven flavors. Two flavors contain rye, buckwheat or barley, which
contain gluten. There is the possibility there could be trace amounts in
the other flavors.

Kettle Crisps Baked Potato Chips, Kettle Chips and Kettle Handcrafted
Quality Nuts cannot be considered Wheat Free or Gluten Free. Some of the
seasonings used in certain flavors, and coatings on some of the nuts,
contain small amounts of wheat and there is a possibility that there
could be trace amounts of wheat in other flavors.

For more info on our products please visit our web site at
www.kettlefoods.com

Thanks again for contacting us and please contact me if I you have any
further questions.
