Hi Mag,

That does answer some of my questions. I was wondering about that. I haven't
been able to go down hills for years alone (since my last couple of
surgeries) but just recently have been able to start doing them again. I have
noticed that when I "freeze" up, it's much harder. I have noticed that
certain types of slopes are much easier than others.

I am still working on the tricycle idea and the big issue is the bike rack in
order to transport it. I have a few people who are trying to help me out on
this issue at the moment so I am not giving up. :-))

I guess that I am not in any danger of "falling apart soon" so I will get
back to working more diligently on improving which I certainly am. I am still
gaining in terms of ROM and abilities to do things ... even though I am in my
late 30's.

Keep those posts coming,

Dina
