And, just for anyone who cares - the Ezekiel bread does *not* trigger any
additional carbo cravings, at least in my experience. I haven't had any in a
long time, but did occasionally use it when transitioning into paleo. It's
delicious, can be frozen and used over a long time, too. There's a lot to be
said for a bread-like food that does not start up the "more" syndrome.
