Ironically enough, I've always prefered to skip all my day meals (except
for the occasionally small snack in the late morning and mid afternoot)
and then eat two or three dinners at night starting after an evening
workout; say 7PM & 10PM. When I followed this, I usually had more
energy for work - more energy in the evening, and darned if I wasn't
just more "comfortable" this way. I thought I was just being a slug.
I've recently trained myself to eat during the day! I've been working
on it for a month or two now.
