I noticed that when drinking more water (gallon per day) during hot weather
I start to sweat a lot. I just think if it means that my body tries to get
rid of excessive water (I'm drinking too much) or the opposite - the cooling
system starts to work properly.
I also read somewhere that drinking plain water leaches minerals out of body
so they advised to drink salty water instead. I don't think it's a good idea
but maybe anybody tried this?
