I average a little over a pound of meat a day, say 400-500 grams per day. How
would that translate to liters of water?

I am aware that is his assumption. Having been on a raw diet for most of the
last 15 years (vegan initially then RAF for the last 5), I don't think mine is
deteriorated. I have become very instinctive with my body. It is a little harder
if you are eating cooked foods and taking supplements.
