I can understand how 35 grams would be difficult. I've done that before and
didn't feel very well. At the time I did this I was trying to lose weight.
The frustrating part of it was that I lost only 2.5 pounds in two months. I
didn't eat any fruit either.
Now, I eat perhaps 60-75 grams of carbs a day, with just a little fruit. I
wasn't eating fruit but found myself craving it. When I added it I felt
better.
