No man means all he says, and yet very few say all they mean, for
words are slippery and thought is viscous.

Aunty Saffie,
Thanks for helping us understand the concept of neutrality in light of what
is happening in The Gambia today. In every society there are those that will
always find it difficult to identify the needs of their consciences or have
difficulty in translating the signals coming from their deep sense of
situations and being able to correlate those with their utterances and
actions.
I just hope that those who identify themselves as belonging to the neutral
club will see the essence in what you said.
"Men who possess a state of neutrality in times of public danger, desert the
interest of their fellow subjects." --Addison.
Thank you!
