Ladies and gentlemen:
The Union of Nigerians, Madison Area ( UNIMA ) with a heavy heart and thanks
to the almighty God, announces the passing away of our mother and sister,
Theresa E. Tunmbi, which sad event took place on Wednesday May 26, 1999.
She is survived in Madison by Anthony Esealuka, Dumebi Tina Adigwe and
grandchildren. May her soul rest in peace. Amen.

BURIAL:
Burial takes place at the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary
Church cemetry, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin immediately after the service. This
will be followed by a light refeshment at the Jesus and Mary School cafeteria.
DIRECTIONS FROM MADISON TO SUN PRAIRIE
1)Take 151 to Sun Prairie
2) In Sun Prairie, exit on Main Street
3) At stop sign, go right which will be East Main Street
4)On Main Street, go left on Columbus Street.
