I think the author of this piece is very well educated and lives here in America
and has a first name as Jacques, and tries as much as possible to live and
behave like a white American.  I am sure he knows French better than his native
language and if he has children, his children do not speak a word of his native
language.  I am sure he would rather wear a good suit made in Paris than an
African attire.

When we +ACI-educated+ACI- Africans go back home, we behave like whites and want to be
treated like whites. Any wonder? What do we do to disabuse the minds of the
illiterate people of their wrong impressions about white people? Do we
perpetuate it?  The issue is what are we doing to change this state of affairs.

+ACI-Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our
